Bringing Employees and Job Seekers Together
Given today’s current economic climate and redundancy, many companies are pressured to embrace digital technologies and re-strategize their talents needs. They are stepping up to upskill their talents to offer new opportunities in the digital space and plans to nurture and groom promising talents as future leaders.
NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) actively partners with companies through the Place & Train and Work Pro schemes to spearhead these training and job improvement programs to create physically smarter jobs and address skills-gaps among job seekers.
