Privacy Policy

1. Protection of Personal Data

iDA’SG PTE, LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “iDA’SG” as well as “we” or “us”) respects the privacy of those (hereinafter referred to as “User(s)”) who use MyBRANDS SG operated by the iDA’SG (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), pays close attention to the management of Users’ Personal Data (defined as below) and handles it properly.

2. Handling of Personal Data

We handle Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Personal Data

Personal Data means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified —

(a)      from that data; or

(b)     from that data and other information to which iDA’SG has or is likely to have access.

 

4. Purpose of Use of Personal Data

The Purpose of Use of Personal Data under the Service is as follows. We acquire Personal Data from Users to the extent necessary.

  1. Provision of services to Users of the Service.

  2. Personal authentication for the Service.

  3. Appropriate matching of recruiting information and job-seeking information.

  4. Disclosure of Personal Information to recruiting companies using the Service upon Users’ consent.

  5. the sharing of personal data with World Mode Holdings Co., Ltd.

5. Consequences of failure to provide Personal Data

In the execution of each service under the Service, if the necessary information is not provided, the respective service may not be received.

 

6. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

In principle, we will not disclose Users’ Personal Data to any third party except as set forth in the Purpose of Use. Personal Data will be disclosed only upon Users’ consent obtained after identifying the recipients and contents of the Personal Data to be provided. However, we may disclose Users’ Personal Data without their consent to the extent that it is not contrary to relevant laws and regulations.

 

7. Disclaimer

We will protect Personal Data in our possession or under our control by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. However, we will not be liable if a third party acquires Personal Data (including but not limited to the following cases) despite taking reasonable security measures.

  1. In cases where a User himself/herself discloses Personal Information to a specific company by using a function of the Service or another means.

  2. In cases where a User is unexpectedly identified due to the User's activity information or other information entered into the Service by the User.

  3. In cases where a User provides Personal Information in an external service that is linked from the Service and such information is used.

  4. In cases where persons other the User obtains information (ID, password, etc.) that can identify the User.

 

8. Outsourcing

We may outsource the handling of Personal Data in whole or in part. In such case, we will select the vendor on conditions that a sufficient level of protection of Personal Data is ensured and conclude a confidentiality agreement. In addition, we will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision with regard to the management of the vendors.

 

9. Use of statistical information

Based on the Personal Data provided, we will prepare the status of use and statistical information processed so that the individual cannot be identified from the statistical information alone or from other information to which we have or are likely to have access. We will use such information without any restrictions. The copyright of the statistical information, etc. produced shall belong to iDA’SG.

 

10. Management of Personal Data

We are committed to continuing to take necessary technical and organizational security measures against the risk of unauthorized access to Personal Data or the risk of loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of Personal Data. We will also comply with laws and regulations, industry norms and customs, and public order and morals regarding the protection of Personal Data.

 

11. Changes to "Handling of Personal Data (iDA’SG PTE, LTD.)"

We will continuously review and improve the "Handling of Personal Data (iDA’SG PTE, LTD.)" which may be amended without notice to Users.

 

12. Changes, etc. to Personal Data

Users may change, add or delete their Personal Data registered with the Service at any time. Provided, however, that in the event a User has applied to a recruiting company or his/her employment with a recruiting company had been fixed, such User may only change, add or delete his/her Personal Data after a certain confirmation period has passed.

Cancellation of membership or deletion of information shall be subject to the proceedings for withdrawal on My Page.

 

13. Disclosure and Correction, etc. of Personal Data

We will comply with the provisions of laws and regulations in the event that disclosure, correction, etc. (meaning correction, addition, deletion, cessation of use, deletion, or discontinuation of provision to a third party) is requested by the User or his/her agent with regard to such User’s Personal Data which we use pursuant to the “Purpose of Use of Personal Information”.

  1. Request for disclosure, etc.: Please contact “Inquiries for Disclosure and Correction, etc.” below. We will respond without delay after informing you of the procedures.

  2. Method of application for disclosure, etc.: Mail.

  3. Method of disclosure: Written form

  4. Confirmation of the applicant’s/agent’s identity: Confirmed in a manner by designated by us.

 

We will provide the User or his/her agent with his or her Personal Data in our possession or under our control and information about the ways in which the Personal Data may have been used or disclosed during the past year.

14. Inquiries

Inquiries about Users’ Personal Data will be as follows.

  1. Confirmation of contents entered by the User himself/herself through MyBRANDS SG, etc.

  2. If a member, you may check the “Profile” on My Page by logging in with your ID and password from the log-in form. You may modify the contents by yourself.

  3. Inquiries regarding Personal Data disclosed to recruiting companies, etc.

  4. Information disclosed by the Users to the recruiting companies, etc. will be directly managed by the relevant company. With regard to correction, deletion, etc. of information in such case, please directly contact the relevant company.

  5. Other Inquiries

  6. Please contact  by e-mail for further inquiries concerning Personal Data. We will notify you in about five business days.

 

※ Use of Cookie

The Service may use information that enhances the convenience of access, called Cookies. As Cookies cannot identify a specific individual, we do not regard Cookies themselves as Personal Data, however, when used together with information that can identify a specific individual, we treat Cookies as Personal Data as well.

The Service accumulates Cookies in Users’ browsers when delivering advertisements (targeting advertising) in accordance with the Users’ attributes and tastes. Those who do not wish to receive this service, please delete your Cookie information from the configuration of each browser.

In addition, in order to distribute advertisements that meet the needs of Users, the Service uses Cookies provided by the following companies. Please refer to each company's privacy policy regarding the handling of these Cookies.
