We recognize that it is important for us to handle personal data appropriately as a company involved in human resources business, and in order to protect the rights of our business partners, registered staff, and employees regarding personal data, we have established the following policies, and all of our officers and employees will endeavor to handle and manage personal data appropriately in accordance with these policies.

The use of personal data shall be within the extent of the purpose of use specified in advance at the time of acquisition, and personal data shall not be handled beyond the scope of such purpose and measures shall be taken to prevent the use for purposes beyond the specified scope.

If a data subject wishes to disclose, correct, or discontinue the use of personal data in our possession, please contact our representative. We will respond as soon as we confirm the data subject’s identity.

7. To formulate and continuously improve a Personal Data Protection Management System
We will establish a management system for the protection of personal data, and make it known to all officers and employees. We will also regularly review this and make efforts to continuously improve it.
