Our client is known globally for their light, luxurious, and trendy fast fashion for women and men. They are looking for a passionate and experienced Boutique Supervisor to join their team. To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about fashion & retail and be able to create an experience for your customers that is personal, exciting, and creative.

Working Hours: Retail Working Hours, weekends, and public holidays

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $2,900 per month + incentives

Location: Multiple Locations

 

In this role, you will…

Reporting to the respective Store Manager, you will be:

  • Results-focused – You must have a strong sales focus and proven results

  • A great communicator – You must have excellent communication skills to handle customer’s queries about merchandise and promotions

  • Able to guide and lead staff to reach their maximum potential

  • Maintenance and Organization of Store – Manage inventory, replenish stock, visual merchandising for the department assigned, monitor stock levels

  • Able to manage inventory, replenish stock, and analyze sales reports

 

What’s Required?

  • Minimum of GCE N Level, ITE, Diploma, or its equivalent

  • Passion in fashion

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in fast fashion is a plus

  • People, Customer, and Sales oriented

  • Able to work on weekends, shifts (including weekends, and Public Holidays)

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking peers and customers
