VP Marketing, APAC & Brand GM, SEA
We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join the team as VP of Marketing, APAC & Brand General Manager, SEA.
You will develop brand and marketing strategies, set and achieve the targets of the team, and establish relationships with business partners. You should be able to build relationships with a variety of professionals. In your role, you will report directly to our GM APAC & China and work cross-functionally with teams.

Salary : $15,000 - 19,900
Your role will include :
Brand General Manager - SEA Markets
Responsible for the business of SEA markets
Ensure budgeted retail sales, net sales and EBITA targets of the above markets are met
Improve the brand's ranking consistently and aim for No.1
Initiate consumer recruitment activities with local partners by providing guidance on marketing, CRM and training and tracking business performance regularly
Motivate the team and maintain healthy turnover within the team
Work closely with global and regional counterparts to deliver business objectives with a positive team spirit to smooth the working process
Think proactively about how to smooth the auto-process and create efficiency
Marketing APAC
During transition:
Ensure smooth onboarding of the new China Head of Marketing while in Shanghai.
Deliver the required CAPEX reductions to enable our China distribution strategy
Lead the concept development and ensuring the right aesthetic for our China special projects
Oversee China and APAC ex-China marketing teams
Take accountability for defining a new global/regional operating model for APAC. This means ironing out how we work global/regional across Creative, NPD, Operational Marketing, Store Design & VM, Comms/Talent
Analyse and drive branding and marketing strategies, responsible for annual marketing plan
Drive implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies
